Return and Refund Policy – Khaleej Zone

At Khaleej Zone, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience throughout Saudi Arabia.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable Saudi laws and the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags, where applicable.

• Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, personalization, or other legally permitted restrictions. Any such exclusions will be communicated clearly and will not override mandatory legal rights.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or through another lawful and mutually agreed method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise legally qualifying returns, Khaleej Zone will cover the applicable return costs as required by law. For other eligible returns, return shipping costs will be communicated to the customer before the return is arranged.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may be handled under our return procedure and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, return, or refund rights provided by Saudi Arabian law.
